Responsibilities
- Responsible for end-to-end program management and execution of integrations (Acquisitions) and separations (Divestitures)
- Lead functional multi-disciplinary business unit teams
- Define program deliverables and work with functional teams
- Lead Integration (or Divestiture/Separation) Management Office and deliverables on projects
- Identify and manage risks in assigned work threads
- Analyze integration (or separation) plans
- Support resource assignment and time tracking initiatives
- Articulate weekly program work streams direction
- Report and present data elements to forecast program progress
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
- Eight or more years of relevant experience required
- Two + years of experience in managing and/or leading the actual execution of an M&A integration (or disposition)
- Three + years of telecom or technology experience (even better)
- Four + years of relevant project management work experience (even better)
- PMP Certification (even better)
