M&A Due Diligence Senior Vice President

Aon Is looking for a Risk & Insurance Due Diligence Senior Vice President in Aon's M&A and Transaction Advisory Solutions practice in New York, New York.

We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Senior Vice President within our Risk & Insurance Due Diligence team in New York.

As part of an industry‑leading, global Transaction Advisory Services group, you will help empower results for our clients by leading the delivery of innovative and effective risk and insurance solutions for M&A transactions involving Private Equity and Corporate clients. In this senior role, you will oversee complex due diligence engagements, drive client relationships, and collaborate with colleagues across the NY region and globally within Commercial Risk Solutions. As a Senior Vice President, you will provide strategic guidance to the team, mentor junior colleagues, and report into the regional Transaction Advisory Services leader.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtual and from a local New York, NY office (3 days in office per week).

Job Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence projects of varying complexity.
• Communicate internally with brokers, coverage / exposure experts, producers, client service team and M&A team members and collaborate to develop findings and solutions.
• Communicate externally on daily basis as trusted advisor with private equity firms, target companies or their representatives.
• Execute and deliver accurate and professional due diligence reports to clients.
• Analyze and provide technical input on insurance coverage, claims history, insurance-related collateral, insurance-related financial expense,
