JURISolutions Legal is seeking M&A attorneys for upcoming opportunities with our law firm and corporate clients. These roles will be assisting with short-term due diligence projects and will require mid-level M&A attorneys as well as subject matter experts in tax, IP, real estate, labor and employment, benefits, and government contracts. Candidates must be barred in at least one US jurisdiction and be comfortable working in a fully remote environment.

This role offers a range of competitive pay rates starting at $75 per hour (equivalent of $156,000/annually) and a benefits package that includes PTO, holiday pay, optional health benefits, 401K and more.
