M&A Deal Advisory Director

EY-Parthenon’s SPA Advisory team in the United States seeks aSenior Associate to help manage M&A pricing and related transaction documents. You will interact with deal teams and clients across the deal continuum, from planning to closing, and provide recommendations on value levers and SPAs.

You will work closely with diligence teams and external clients, lead quality and risk management, and develop strong internal and external relationships within EY’s global network.
