M&A & Corporate Transactions Associate

AM Law 100 Firm seeks a mid-level associate to join a corporate practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate transactions.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in M&A, including due diligence oversight, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and managing closings as well as post-closing work. Georgia JD and admission or eligibility to practice in Georgia are required.
