Lynne Walz for Nebraska: Finance DirectorThis is a full-time position based in Omaha, NE. The Finance Director will be responsible for developing a fundraising plan for Lynne Walz for Governor. The Finance Director will report directly to the Campaign Manager.

Candidates applying for the Finance Director position must be highly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Take ownership of and execute a finance plan for the 2026 cycle.Develop realistic goals and fundraising projections for the campaign, including call time, events, PAC, digital, and direct mail projections.Identify potential donor prospects for the campaign, and work to develop and maintain donor relationships for the campaign.Manage the Call Time Manager and hire additional finance staff as needed.Build an in-state and national fundraising events program and manage relationships with event hosts.Track and report weekly fundraising numbers and maintain an accurate finance plan.Coordinate with fundraising consultants, as well as partner organizations.Work with the compliance team to ensure efficient processing and reporting of contributions.Other duties as assigned.Requirements:At least one cycle of fundraising experience on a Congressional race or equivalent.Experience planning fundraising events required.Proficiency with Numero, Warchest, and ActBlue required.Previous experience managing staff preferred.Superior time management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking abilities.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Willing to work extended hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.Access to a cell phone, laptop, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.Monthly Salary for this position is in the range of $7,000-$9,000, commensurate with experience.To Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to submit a resume to Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until the position is filled.Lynne Walz for Governor is an equal opportunity employer and committed to providing employees with a work environment free from discrimination and harassment.
