We are seeking a compassionate and motivated (PT or OT), preferably Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) to join our established outpatient medical practice on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to help build and grow a dedicated lymphedema program while working in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

Position Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema and related swelling disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Perform Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT), including manual lymphatic drainage, compression bandaging, exercise instruction, and patient education
• Measure patients for compression garments and assist with garment selection
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Current Ohio license as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
• Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) credential from an accredited training program
• Excellent communication and patient-care skills
• Experience treating lymphedema patients preferred but not required
