Shifts: Days Nights Weekends

• Provide exceptional nursing care aligned with individualized care plans

• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition

• Safely administer medications and treatments

• Work closely with physicians, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

• Active Texas LVN or RN license in good standing

• Experience in long-term care or geriatrics is a plus-but new talent is welcome!

• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
