Weekends Only Shift
CHG is requiring the COVID vaccine. Required experience: Must have one recent year of LTAC or acute care hospital experience; must have strong vent and trach skills. Required certifications: AHA BLS. Preferred certifications: AHA ACLS must be obtained within six months of first shift worked. With this rate for this assignment, the nurse must work any scheduled CHG assigns (including holidays). Must have pre-approved time off prior to confirmation.
