Position: LPN/LVN
Scheduling Details And Charting
Shift hours/Contract Length: 5x / 13 weeks.
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend.
Charting: EPIC experience required.
RTO, Block & Special Scheduling Requests: Must submit requests upon submission.
Call off Policy: The client may cancel (call off) up to three shifts during a 13-week contract period without incurring charges for the canceled hours.
Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work every other holiday, if needed.
Accept First-Time Travelers: Yes.
Locals Accepted? Radius Rule: Locals accepted for LPN's at $10 less.
