Base pay range
$72,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with physicians, rehab services, and other care providers
- Educate client on diagnosis and treatment, ensuring understanding
- Provide skilled nursing services including wound care, medication management, and management of chronic conditions
- Maintain organized documentation of care
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted California LVN license
- Graduation from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
- At least 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
- Home Health experience preferred
- Proof of negative TB test
- Physical screening documentation within the last year
- Current BLS certification
- Valid California driver’s license and car insurance
- Cell phone with internet access
