Job Description Job Description Southeast Texas HR, a leader in recruiting and HR services, is currently seeking a certified LVN for a private practice facility. In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient care and assistance in a fast-paced, dynamic private practice environment. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best healthcare professionals in the area. This can become temp-to-perm positions for the ideal candidate. Pay will start at $22.50. Hours are Monday and Thursday 9AM-6PM, Tue and Wed 8AM-5PM, off Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a private practice setting
  
• Administer medication and treatments as ordered by physicians
  
• Perform duties such as taking vital signs, documenting patient information, and managing patient flow
  
• Assist physicians with procedures
  
• Educate patients and their families on healthcare needs and treatment plans
  
• Ensure medical equipment is properly maintained and kept clean
  
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a positive patient experience
  

Requirements To be considered for this position you MUST meet the following:

• Active LVN Certification.
  
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a private practice or clinic setting.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Comfortable working with electronic medical records (EMR) and other healthcare technology.
  
• Strong attention to detail.
  
• Passion for providing exceptional patient care.
