Overview
The Store Manager for the Scottsdale location will recruit and supervise a team of Customer Experience Associates, delivering exceptional service to customers. The team will efficiently execute a personalized showroom experience, complete the sales process, and provide post-sale support. As the manager, you will have the opportunity to develop the team and directly impact the growth of the company.
Compensation and Schedule
Base salary range: $75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Bonus eligibility: up to $15,000
Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday
Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and manage a team of Customer Experience Associates in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain an efficient and highly functional showroom and office, ensuring the team meets a high standard of customer service
- Create memorable and personalized experiences for clients by guiding customers through purchasing decisions, such as diamond options and custom designs
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat, and ensure high standards are upheld by the team
- Conduct in-person customer appointments to present jewelry in the private showroom, delivering a personalized luxury experience
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience by implementing efficiency improvements
- Handle customer experience escalations to ensure the best possible outcomes
- Create and maintain a team schedule to cover all duties and appointments
- Collaborate across departments on projects related to order management, inventory, merchandising, and fraud prevention
- Communicate with sales, production, and fulfillment teams regarding timelines
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth business operations
- Manage people in a retail and service environment; recruit high-performing and accountable teams
- Demonstrate a proven track record of building effective teams
Qualifications
- BA degree or equivalent
- Experience managing people in retail or equivalent environment
- Proven track record of recruiting high-performing teams
- Highly organized with strong execution, problem-solving, and process-improvement abilities
- Motivated self-starter with high efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Ability to think critically and adapt quickly in a flexible environment
- Exceptional time management and accountability
- Team player with collaborative approach
- Strong CRM software experience
- Interest in socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products
