Luxury Store Manager - Bachendorf's ($110-125k; luxury mgmt exp req)

Overview

Luxury Store Manager – Bachendorf's (luxury sales exp. req). This role is located in Dallas, TX and includes a base pay range of $110,000–$125,000 with bonus/OTE potential. Start date ASAP. Core hours are 40 per week: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM; off Sundays and one weekday; must be available to work most Saturdays.

We’re partnering with Bachendorf’s, the only multi-brand, multi-location jewelry designer in the DFW area. The Store Manager will lead the University Park location, partnering with an industry leader known for high quality standards and a focus on training, accountability, and culture reinvigoration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations including managing a team of 6 sales associates and inventory management
• Create and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability
• Maintain brand standards and pursue continuous product training
• Educate and coach sales associates to enhance sales techniques
• Maintain a visually appealing, organized store aligned with the brand identity
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Conduct reviews and provide constructive feedback to sales associates
• Meet with clients directly and close sales during busy periods
• Collaborate with the leadership team to plan and implement promotional activities
• Evaluate processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of luxury retail sales experience required
• Supervisory experience required
• Strong retail operations background required
• Ability to work weekends and holidays required
