Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr

Location: Dallas, TX (NW Dallas near University Park)

Salary: $110,000-$125,000 + Bonus (OTE: $120,000-$145,000)

Job Type: Full-Time

Core Hours: 40 Hours; 10AM – 6:30PM; Off Sundays and 1 day during the week (must be available to work most Saturdays)

Luxury Store Manager (luxury sales exp. req.) Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations including sales associates (6) and inventory management
• Create and implement strategies to boost sales and profitability
• Maintain brand standards and pursue continuous product training
• Educate and coach sales associates to enhance sales techniques
• Maintain a visually appealing, organized store that aligns with the brand's identity
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly
• Conduct reviews and provide constructive feedback to sales associates
• Meet with clients directly and close sales during busy periods
• Collaborate with the leadership team to plan and implement promotional activities
• Evaluate processes and identify continuous improvement opportunities

Luxury Store Manager (luxury sales exp. req.) Qualifications

• 5+ years of luxury retail sales experience required
• People leadership experience required
• Strong retail operations background required
• Ability to work weekends and holidays required
