Our client, an Italian luxury fashion house is seeking a polished, client-focused Client Advisor to deliver an elevated retail experience and build lasting customer relationships.

This role is ideal for a luxury sales professional who enjoys connecting with customers, providing thoughtful recommendations, and contributing to a high-performing team.

Type: Direct Hire – Permanent role

Salary: $19 - $21 p/h Dependent on Experience + Commission

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized, service-driven experiences for customers in store and through remote outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong client base by developing new relationships and nurturing existing ones.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals through consultative selling, product recommendations, and cross-selling.
• Use customer insights to provide relevant follow-up, tailored recommendations, and a seamless shopping experience.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products, current trends, and competitive offerings.
• Support daily store operations, including inventory, point-of-sale transactions, merchandising, and visual standards.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, with attention to accuracy, professionalism, and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive, high-energy, customer-first environment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in luxury retail, fashion sales, hospitality, or a customer-facing sales environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and clienteling skills.
• Strong interest in fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Professional judgment, integrity, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
