Lutheran School Partnerships Director

Valparaiso University seeks a Director of Lutheran High School Partnerships to strengthen recruitment strategies and build relationships with Lutheran high schools nationwide. This full-time role requires at least five years' experience in admissions or education and a deep understanding of Lutheran education.

The successful candidate will engage school leaders and represent the University with professionalism, promoting its Lutheran identity. Travel across the U.S. is required, and a background check will be conducted for all candidates.
