Job Title: Lunch Room Paraprofessional- School Year
Job Description: A part-time Class 2 Lunchroom Supervision Paraprofessional, three (3) hours per day (10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.), five (5) days per week at the Faribault High School for the 26-27 school year. The position involves providing support and supervision in the lunchroom. This position begins 09/01/2026.
Qualifications: High School Diploma. Experience working in a school setting preferred. Ability to take and follow through with direction from administration, with excellent organization and communication skills. Ability to demonstrate a calm approach when working with students and adults. Ability to work independently.
Essential Functions:

• Maintaining a safe environment for students
• Supervise lunch room
• Ensure students leave and head back to class on time
• Work with students to ensure they clean up after themselves.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Must be able to build strong, positive relationships with families and students
