Lunch Room Paraprofessional
A part-time Class 2 Lunchroom Supervision Paraprofessional, three (3) hours per day (10:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.), five (5) days per week at the Faribault High School for the school year. The position involves providing support and supervision in the lunchroom. This position begins 09/01/2026.
Qualifications: High School Diploma. Experience working in a school setting preferred. Ability to take and follow through with direction from administration, with excellent organization and communication skills. Ability to demonstrate a calm approach when working with students and adults. Ability to work independently.
Essential Functions: Maintaining a safe environment for students. Supervise lunch room. Ensure students leave and head back to class on time. Work with students to ensure they clean up after themselves.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must be able to build strong, positive relationships with families and students.
