Lumper PositionStaff Management Group is seeking a Lumper for our client in Bethlehem, PA. This role is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, trailers, and shipping containers, organizing products for storage and shipment, and supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is committed to workplace safety, and can perform physically demanding tasks while maintaining productivity and accuracy.Schedule:1st Shift: 6AM - 2:30PM or 9AM - 5PMPay Rate:$17 / hourJob Responsibilities:Load and unload trucks, trailers, and shipping containers safely and efficientlySort, stack, and palletize products according to customer and warehouse requirementsWrap and secure pallets to prepare products for storage or shipmentMove materials throughout the warehouse using pallet jacks or other warehouse equipment (if certified)Inspect products for visible damage and report shortages, damages, or other discrepanciesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety policies and warehouse proceduresAssist with general warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned.Job Requirements:Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to lift 50 lbs.
