As a member of our organization, we seek candidates who possess the following values: Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, Inclusivity, and Innovation.Responsibilities:Work with supervisor and Monroe facility management to ensure production goals are met.Comply with all Monroe policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.Maintain a clean and orderly work area.Use tape measure and panel cutter to cut wood to specified dimensions.Set up and operate molding machine producing high-quality product with strong attention to detail.Knowledge of wood products.Basic computer skillsOperate a palm sanderOperate a walk-behind forklift.Other tasks as assigned by supervisor or facility management.Qualifications:Ability to read a tape measure.Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, divide and fractions.Ability to read, follow directions, and good communication skillsAbility to work with others in a team environment.Attention to detail.Regular attendance.Ability to stand and or walk for extended periods on concrete floors.Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.Requires frequent climbing, bending, stooping, twisting, turning, kneeling, reaching, lifting, finger dexterity, grasping, repetitive motions, talking, hearing, and visual acuity.Work is performed primarily in-doors.
