Project Manager – Start-Up / Commissioning (Temp-to-Perm)We're looking for a Project Manager – Start-Up/Commissioning to lead commissioning execution in the field and act as the key link between operations, engineering, and the client. This is a hands-on PM role—heavy coordination, fast decisions, and strong technical awareness.What You'll DoLead commissioning/start-up execution across one or more active scopesCoordinate field crews, vendors, equipment, and materials to meet scheduleParticipate in planning meetings, readiness reviews, and daily coordination callsManage changes in scope, prioritize work, and drive issue resolutionEnsure documentation is accurate (checklists, turnover packs, redlines as required)Maintain strong HSE leadership: permits, JSAs, hazard controls, stop-work authorityProvide professional client updates and manage expectations on siteRequired Qualifications5+ years in oil & gas field services with commissioning/start-up experienceDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under pressureStrong written and verbal communication (client-ready)Valid driver's licenseWilling/able to travel extensively (often 70–80%)Assets (Nice to Have)Engineering degree (Mechanical/Chemical/Petroleum) or equivalent field depthPMP or formal PM trainingTWIC, Basic Plus, First Aid (basic or advanced)Experience with pre-commissioning scopes (flushing, blowing, chemical cleaning, testing)Schedule / Working Conditions12-hour field days are common; on-call as requiredPhysically demanding industrial environments; PPE requiredApply with: resume + a short list of commissioning/start-up projects (facility type, location, duration, your role).
