Driving data analytics to enhance healthcare processes, the full-time LTSS & Dual Eligible Report Developer IV will develop and manage complex data sets, create interactive dashboards, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Generate complex reports and dashboards to track KPIs related to LTSS & Dual Program reporting, utilizing statistical methods and machine learning techniques Design and develop dynamic dashboards using business intelligence tools, ensuring data relevance and accuracy for stakeholders Analyze current operations processes to identify optimization opportunities and recommend strategies for improving operational efficiency Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field required; equivalent work experience may be accepted Five years of experience with ETL, BI, and database solutions required Extensive data analysis experience required Relevant healthcare or LTSS and/or Dual Eligible reporting experience preferred Advanced proficiency in SQL, SSIS, and Power BI required
