LTL Operations Specialist

To support a growing Less-Than-Truckload team, the remote LTL Operations Specialist will manage day-to-day operations for a dedicated group of offices and customers, providing operational support and ensuring efficient shipment processes. Key responsibilities Manage daily LTL operations, serving as a resource for agents, customers, and carriers Monitor shipments and proactively assist with issues such as delays and misrouted freight Coordinate pickup and delivery appointments while maintaining accurate shipment records Required qualifications Transportation or logistics experience, preferably in LTL transportation or freight brokerage Proficiency with transportation management systems and standard business applications Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously Strong understanding of freight classification, NMFC, and carrier rules tariffs Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience preferred
