Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care (LTC)Aura Staffing Partners is seeking an experienced Long-Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) for an exciting opportunity in Seward, Alaska. This position offers a consistent night shift schedule, competitive pay, a weekly stipend, and a vehicle for transportation.Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Monitor and assess resident conditions and document changes.Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members.Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.Respond to resident needs and emergencies appropriately.Ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards.Requirements:Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.Long-Term Care experience preferred.Current BLS certification.Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Compensation & Benefits:$43.00 per hour$1,000 weekly stipend for qualified travelersVehicle provided4 x 12-hour night shiftsOpportunity to work in beautiful Seward, Alaska
