LPN Night Shift Opportunity - Franklin, NH: Active LPN license and LTC experience required. • Start Date: May 1, 2026
• End Date: July 17, 2026
• Duration: 11 weeks
• Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,080 - $1,130

Job Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license in New Hampshire or a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Long Term Care, skilled nursing facility (SNF), assisted living, or similar setting
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)
• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident advocacy skills
• Comfortable and experienced working 12-hour night shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment, prioritizing safety and dignity
• Administer medications, treatments, and wound care as prescribed; ensure accurate medication administration documentation
• Conduct resident assessments, monitor conditions, and promptly report changes to RNs and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans
• Support residents with daily living activities, promote a positive living environment, and participate in care planning meetings
