Job Summary
As the Director of Nursing (DON), you will provide hands-on leadership and oversight of all nursing operations while ensuring high standards of resident care and regulatory compliance. This Director of Nursing plays a critical part in coordinating resident care, guiding nursing staff, and fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and compassionate, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate resident care with hands-on leadership
- Develop and revise nursing policies
- Supervise, evaluate, and discipline staff
- Lead recruitment and interviewing
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Monitor supplies, equipment, and cost controls
- Collaborate across departments
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN license required
- Skilled nursing facility experience required
Pay Range:
$140,000/year - $160,000/year
