Job Description
This position will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, support and assistance to the skilled nursing facility's operations.
Education And Credentials
- BS - Bachelor of Science nursing required.
Experience
- 5 years of progressive management experience in health care, including budget/financial systems, quality improvement and knowledge of regulatory and accrediting agency standards.
- Has experience and expertise in leading complex teams thorough planning, managing the implementation of projects and program development required.
- 5 years of experience in a Nursing home management position required.
