Job Details
- Assignment Type: Travel CNA / GNA
- Location: Baltimore, MD 21215
- Setting: Long-term care float pool with adult and geriatric coverage
- Duration: 12 weeks
- Shift: 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
- Hours per Week: 36
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $810 - $870
- Orientation: 24 hours across multiple units
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Holiday Requirement: Every other holiday
- Minimum 1 year of CNA/GNA experience required
- Active Maryland GNA certification required at time of submission
- Active CNA certification required
- AHA BLS certification required
- References required
- Ability to work in a float-pool environment and adapt to changing patient care needs
- Strong attendance, punctuality, and reliability are essential
- Experience in long-term care (LTC), rehab, med/surg, or behavioral health is a plus
- 2 years of CNA/GNA experience required for higher-acuity assignments
- Provide hands-on personal care and support to adults and geriatric patients
- Assist with activities of daily living, vital signs, and general comfort measures
- Support patient mobility, hygiene, feeding, and safety needs
- Perform blood glucose monitoring and assist with basic clinical care tasks as assigned
- Work collaboratively with the care team to maintain a high standard of patient support
- Float within scope to like units based on daily staffing and patient needs
- Maintain compliance with time, attendance, and scheduling expectations
- Deliver dependable, compassionate care in a busy long-term care environment
- Travel nursing and healthcare job experience in a respected long-term care setting
