Job Details

• Employment Type: Travel CNA / Healthcare Assignment
• Setting: Long-Term Care Float Pool
• Location: Baltimore, MD 21215
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts
• Shifts Per Week: 3
• Shift Duration: 12 hours
• Schedule: Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Orientation: 24 hours
• Assignment Length: 14 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $760-$820

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of CNA or GNA experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar healthcare settings
• Active CNA certification required
• Active Maryland GNA certification required at time of submission
• AHA BLS certification required
• Experience using PointClickCare required
• Comfortable floating within scope across like units as needed
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and assigned holidays
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and accountability in a patient care environment
• References required

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care to adult and geriatric residents
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, hygiene, feeding, toileting, and repositioning
• Support safe patient transfers, ambulation, and mobility using proper body mechanics
• Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, weights, and other routine observations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment in accordance with healthcare standards
• Follow isolation precautions, infection control practices, and facility procedures
• Report changes in patient condition promptly to the nursing team and care team
• Float within scope to support staffing needs across comparable long-term care units
