Colonial Behavioral Health serves the citizens of James City County, City of Poquoson, City of Williamsburg, and York County.Job DutiesProvides case monitoring, including assessment of health status, medication side effects, clinical stability, and other needs.Provides training on health topics and individual health needs to program staff and individuals served.Contributes to medical records, including electronic documentation.Ongoing management of the medication supplies room including, but not limited to, the appropriate ordering, storage, handling, and administration of medications.Other duties as assigned.Work ScheduleMonday to Friday: 8am-5pm.
