Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses and healthcare professionals
- Lead by example, demonstrating excellence in patient care and team collaboration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- A License Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maryland
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or Skilled Nursing Setting
