At WVC, we inspire each person to embrace the possibilities of a life lived forward—and you'll feel empowered and supported from day one.What You'll DoSupervises and coordinates personnel delivery of nursing care on assigned shift in skilled care.Accurately transcribes and carries out physicians' orders.Administers prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.Assists in development and implementation of Resident Care Plan; updates Care Plan as neededResponds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocolCollects samples such as urine, blood and sputum from residents for testing and performs routine laboratory tests on samples.Assists Residents at meal times and monitors dining room process.Records food and fluid intake and output.Assists in Resident care, including bathing, toileting, and other ADL's.Responds to Resident call bells in a timely manner.What We're Looking ForActive PA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License requiredSchedule & LocationWeekend Program: Every weekend, all shiftsHours: 16–24 hours per weekLocation: Skilled Care or Personal Care at both WVC campuses in Lancaster and Willow Street, PA
