LPN Position Located In Watertown, NY
Requirements of the LPN:
- 100 Mile radius rule
- Will be working on the sub acute rehab floor
- 1-3 years experience required
- Will take someone with SNF experience, not just LTC
- NY license required
- BLS (AHA) required
- eMAR: PointClickCare
- Common patient diagnosis: Dementia, chronic diseases, diabetes
