- Valid NYS LPN License
- Must be able to effectively communicate residents, families, visitors, staff and etc.
- 1+ year nursing certification
- 1-3 years Long Term Care experience.
- Reside in Suffolk County.

Requirements
- Valid LPN license
- 1 year nursing certification preferred
- 1-3 years Long Term Care experience preferred.
