LPN Qualifications:
- Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program
- Must have an active LPN license in the state of Virginia
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
- Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility
- Ability to make independent decisions
