LPN Supervisor – Skilled Nursing

Agawam North Rehab & Nursing is hiring a full‑time LPN Supervisor for our skilled nursing facility in Agawam, MA.

Responsibilities

• Assist with oversight of daily nursing operations on an assigned unit
• Support and guide CNAs and nursing staff throughout the shift
• Help ensure quality resident care and timely clinical documentation
• Work closely with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team
• Promote a positive and professional care environment
• Help maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts LPN license required
• Skilled nursing or long‑term care experience required
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Schedule

• Full‑time

Compensation

• $91,000-$95,000 annually based on experience
