Position Overview
Mount Nittany Health is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support its Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine practice. This contract opportunity offers a consistent weekday schedule with no call, weekend, or holiday requirements.
The selected candidate will primarily assist with clerical and administrative responsibilities while also being cross-trained to provide clinical support within the practice as needed. This role is ideal for an LPN who enjoys a combination of patient care and administrative functions in a specialty clinic setting.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing support within the Plastic Surgery and Aesthetic Medicine clinic.
- Assist with patient intake, documentation, and clinical workflows.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties to support daily operations.
- Maintain accurate patient records utilizing the EPIC electronic medical record system.
- Collaborate with physicians, providers, and clinic staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Support clinic coverage needs following onboarding and training.
- Current and active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- BLS/BCLS certification required.
- Experience in a clinical or ambulatory care setting preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both administrative and patient-care capacities.
- Experience with EPIC EMR is a plus.
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- No on-call requirements
- No weekend coverage required
- No holiday coverage required
- Full onboarding and training provided in preparation for clinic coverage needs
