This is a bargaining union position.

48 hours (6 shifts)/2-week pay period, 2P-10:30P, every other weekend

+$5.50 per hour evening shift and base hourly rates are between $27.12 - $37.22

May be eligible for up to a $4,500 sign on bonus. Subject to taxes, terms, conditions, and change.

The Alice Center in Malone, NY is hiring aPart-Time Evening LPNto provide high-quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment. This role offers a consistent evening schedule, supportive teams, and enhanced pay through shift differentials.

In this role, you willadminister medications, assist with activities of daily living, monitor resident health, and collaborate with the care teamto ensure safe, individualized care. Requirements:Current New York State LPN license, BLS certification, dependable, compassionate, and team oriented. Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is always helpful but not required.
