Unit Manager Responsibilities:
As an integral part of our Nursing Administrative Team, the LPN/RN Unit Manager will be a responsible and skilled professional driven to deliver exceptional nursing care. Your focus will be on promoting the well-being of our patients through high-quality nursing care. Your role will encompass a range of vital tasks, including:
- Monitoring and assessing patient needs, providing optimal care, and guidance
- Observing and interpreting patient symptoms, effectively communicating with physicians
- Collaborating with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans
- Performing routine procedures and maintaining accurate patient charts
- Administering medication and treatments in line with physician orders

Requirements:
We're seeking candidates with:
- Active RN or LPN License in the State of Georgia
- Prior working experience in a Rehabilitation Center or Nursing Home setting
- Ability to give direction and motivate a team
