We are seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN or RN Unit Manager to join our team at our skilled nursing facility. This leadership role is ideal for a compassionate nurse who is ready to guide a team, ensure quality resident care, and help maintain a positive work environment.
Unit Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the assigned nursing unit
- Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality care
- Monitor resident care plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Provide training, mentorship, and performance feedback to staff
- Assist with staffing, documentation, and reporting as needed
Unit Manager Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Previous experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
