PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Administer medications and treatments


• Perform assessments and monitor patient conditions


• Complete accurate charting and documentation


• Collaborate with nurses, RTs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary care teams

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active Florida LPN or RN License


• Current BLS/CPR Certification (AHA or Red Cross)


• Experience in Home Health, Rehab, Long-Term Care, Hospice, or Acute Care Preferred


• Eligible for AHCA Level 2 Background Screening & Local Law Requirements


• Must complete AHCA Level 2 background screening as required under House Bill )
