In this role, you will oversee nursing staff, coordinate and deliver resident care, administer medications and treatments, and ensure accurate documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations. You will respond to changes in resident condition, collaborate with physicians and families, and promote a safe, compassionate environment.
As a clinical leader, you will mentor staff, support quality improvement initiatives, and help drive excellent resident outcomes overnight.
