We are seeking an LPN or RN with WOUND CARE EXPERIENCE to join our team!

You will be responsible for :

  • Managing CNAs!
  • Administering medications
  • Assessing Residents for acute illness
  • Daily assessments
  • Skin assessments / wound care
  • Care plans ETC...

Qualifications

  • 1-YEAR LONG-TERM CARE
  • PCC EXPERIENCE
  • Ability to build rapport with RESIDENTS, FACILITY STAFF, AND FAMILIES
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
