Job Summary
Provides nursing care under RN direction; performs assessments within scope, medication administration, documentation, and patient education.
Minimum Qualifications
- Current LPN license (MS); effective communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Collect, monitor, and report patient information.
- Administer medications safely; infection prevention.
- Support staffing and teamwork; document accurately.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and kneeling.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs independently; >50 lbs with assistance/devices.
- Assist with patient repositioning and transfers using proper body mechanics and equipment.
- Manual dexterity for clinical procedures and computer use; adequate vision, hearing, and speech.
