Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders while following the Six Rights of Medication Administration
- Accurately document in MAR/TAR in real-time
- Monitor symptoms, report adverse reactions, and support symptom relief through medication management
- Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) and transcribe physician orders for care plan updates
- Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes in residents
- Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications & Skills:
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Strong assessment, documentation, and clinical skills
- Experience in senior care or medication administration preferred
