To support rural clinic sites through innovative telehealth technology, the full-time Licensed Practical Nurse will provide high-quality patient care via virtual appointments while managing telemedicine equipment and documentation remotely. Key responsibilities Conduct assigned patient appointments, including home phone/video visits and clinic visits, demonstrating professionalism and excellent customer service Perform general nursing care appropriate to virtual care and assist providers during virtual clinic visits Create Electronic Health Record (EHR) telemedicine encounters and document required items for each patient appointment Required qualifications Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred; an approved nursing program is acceptable Two years of nursing experience required Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse with one unrestricted state license is required LPN licensure required within the states that the Specialty Clinic serves within 120 days of hire Must successfully complete and maintain any required federal background investigation, credentialing, and clearance processes as a condition of employment
