Key responsibilities: Perform medical record audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Collect, organize, and analyze data, providing findings to appropriate stakeholders Actively participate in patient safety improvement programs and identify processes that could lead to errors Required qualifications: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience Current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse license Familiarity with CMS, Joint Commission, and quality reporting programs preferred Experience with Core Measure and Get with the Guidelines Stroke abstraction is highly preferred
