Detail-oriented and communicative, the fully remote Provider Relations LPN will serve as a critical liaison between the organization and healthcare providers, ensuring accurate clinical notifications and communications while collaborating with various teams to support service coordination. Key Responsibilities: Review provider notifications and correspondence for clinical accuracy and appropriateness Identify discrepancies and escalate or resolve issues related to medical necessity concerns Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of provider concerns Required Qualifications: Active, unrestricted LPN COMPACT license, with willingness to obtain additional licensure as needed Strong understanding of clinical documentation, terminology, and HIPAA regulations Ability to clearly convey clinical information to both clinical and non-clinical audiences Capability to multitask and assist in various areas as needed Ability to meet productivity requirements established by the company
