Shift : 5x8 Days (3:00pm-11:30pm), Sun, Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat, 40 hrs./week
Pay Rate: $37-$41/hr. on W2.
Requirements :
- Will need to float to other facilities as needed.
- Every other weekend availability.
- Min 1-year correctional experience required.

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as prescribed.
- Dress wounds and provide wound care.
- Take and record vital signs.
- Collect samples for testing.
- Provide basic first aid and emergency care.
- Assess inmate health needs and develop care plans.
- Educate inmates on health-related topics.
- Monitor inmate health status and report any concerns.
- Work closely with correctional officers, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Communicate effectively with inmates, staff, and other healthcare providers.
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for inmates and staff.
- Follow all facility policies and procedures.
- Respond to emergency situations as needed.
- Maintain accurate and complete records of inmate care.
- Document all nursing interventions and assessments.
